Terms and conditions for virtual office
services package (policies also apply to our other services)
- Rates quoted in USD
- Tax of 15% applies to all rates
- If new telephone numbers are required,
client will pay the cost of installation and call forwarding
- Packaged services are prepaid in 3 month
periods or monthly if automatic billing is selected (PayPal)
- Additional costs or expenses incurred
throughout the month will be billed at the end of the month
- There is no registration cost other than
expenses incurred to tailor phone numbers
- Contracts are on a three month basis
- Discounts for 6 month (10%) and one year
prepayment (20%) on monthly services
- There are no partial or full refunds on
services
- Cancellation notice required before the
end of the contract period or contract will be automatically
renewed, 30 days of notice required
- Office hours are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm,
Monday to Friday, Central Standard Time
- Mexican national holidays are observed
- Voicemail is available in off hours and
holidays/weekends
- Office closes between Christmas and New
Years
- We cannot be responsible for external
technical service interruptions
- Packaged services assume all work is
performed in our office, work to be performed at another
site will be quoted on a per-project basis
- All hourly or per project work requires a
70% deposit, any change to the quoted amount will be made
known to the client at the nearest opportunity
- If work supplied is illegible or
difficult to understand, visually or audibly, additional
fees will be added
- Rush orders are billed at 50.00 USD per
hour and only accepted if capacity allows
- Final proofreading and accuracy of
finished product is the full responsibility of the client
- Packaged, hourly or monthly service fees
are understood to be for reasonable and moderate volume,
excessive demand will result in a reevaluation of monthly
fees
- We do not handle charging and banking
unless a secondary contract is established
- We do not deal with illicit or non
family-friendly companies or material
- Bills are due within 5 working days

- Overdue accounts subject to a service
charge of 1% per month, cumulative
