Typical rates are as follows. Each project will be quoted based on level of complexity, condition of the original document(s), time in which document is required, etc. Translation of legal and other documents, .09 USD per word based on the original document if available in electronic format or on the final document if the original is not in electronic format. Rush translations (see examples below) .13 USD per word. Certificates specifically requested in less than 3 days Other documents specifically requested in less than 1 week Interpreting for meetings, appointments, etc. 35.00 USD per hour plus expenses if applicable. Interpreting for meetings, appointments, etc. requiring the interpreter to provide legal representation, 45.00 USD per hour, plus expenses if applicable. Prices do not include sales tax.
